We collect information about you when you input it into the Services or otherwise provide it directly to us.

Account and Profile Information: We collect information about you when you Log In to our site or web application. When your account is created by the management staff at Senaca Group, we store your email, first name, last name, PIN Number and Phone Number. These details are not publicly available and can only be accessed by Senaca Management Staff

Content you provide through our products: The Services include the Senaca Guarding Web application and Web Site, where we collect and store content that you submit. This content includes any information about you that you may choose to include. Content also includes the files or photos and links you upload to the Services. This content includes Clock In & Clock Out information, Incident Reports, Timesheets, Notes, Locations, Attachments, Images and other uploads.



We collect information about you when you use our Services, including browsing our websites and web application and taking certain actions within the Services.

Your use of the Services: We keep track of certain information about you when you visit and interact with any of our Services. This information includes the features you use and which features you use most frequently. We use this information to evaluate and improve our features.

Device and Connection Information: We may collect information about your computer, phone, tablet, or other devices you use to access the Services. This device information includes your connection type and settings when you install, access, update, or use our Services. We also collect information through your device about your operating system, browser type, IP address, UUID (universally unique identifier), URLs of referring/exit pages, device identifiers, Geolocation, and crash data. We use your IP address and/or country preference in order to approximate your location to provide you with a better Service experience. How much of this information we collect depends on the type and settings of the device you use to access the Services.

Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies: Clock In & Out forms, Incident Form, Login Forms and Timesheet forms use cookies to provide functionality and to recognize you across different Services and devices. NOTE: Our tracking system employs the following additional privacy measures.

  • - Anonymize Visitors' IP addresses: We anonymize the last 2 bytes of visitors IP addresses (e.g.

Device location: Our web app utilises HTML5 geolocation by way of the Geolocation API Specification 2nd Edition as defined by the World Wide Web Consortium (view here). When available, the acquired location of your device will be embedded in the data sent to our server where it will be held as confirmation that the data you have provided, specifically your location, is accurate. Location data is captured upon accessing the Web App. Your location is captured only once, upon page load and is not continuously captured. We use this data to apply context to individual submissions. We do not continuously track your location. This data may be used to corroborate evidence used internally by Senaca or as required by law. Your location data may also be made visible on Incident Reports, Clock In and Clock Out reports and Timesheet Reports. Your location data may be checked manually or electronically to verify that the location you claim to be at, is correct and accurate. If your captured location data conflicts with the location you have stated to be at, this may be investigated and disciplinary action may result.


Any of the information we collect from you (either personally-identifying or non-personally-identifying) may be used in one of the following ways:

Personalize your experience: Your information helps us to better understand and respond to your individual needs.

Improve our Services: We continually strive to improve our Services based on the information and feedback we receive from you.

Process transactions: Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent.
